About Me

I did my Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Diploma certificates in computers, fashion, beauty and classical music. I worked professionally in diverse roles, in the field of Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Accounting, Production, Technical writer, Art, Beauty and Fashion Designing.

Being artistic, I admire nature's beauty and its colors, which inspire me to apply those beautiful shades in my creativity while cooking, writing, crafting, designing or painting occasionally. I enjoy singing and listening to music. Being curious, I like reading all and sharing my views on everything. I believe in humanitarian causes, and like volunteering whenever i get a chance.

 

I grew up in a cosmopolitan culture in Bangalore and Pune. I come from a Maharashtrian family, who enjoy life, by eating good food, traveling, listening to music, watching movies, cricket and discussing all. My talented mother inspired me to cook and craft, since I was a teenager. My scientist father, inspired me to read newspapers and books as a child, which got me hooked to read all topics. Due to my husband's work I travelled to various places and countries. I am happily settled in Texas. Being exposed to diversity since childhood, I loved meeting people from various backgrounds and learn about their food, art and culture. Like me, my husband and kids also enjoy traveling and trying all food varieties.​ I enjoy cooking our traditional meals apart from experimenting recipes with a fusion touch, which my family, friends and kids love eating.
