Maharashtrian Pohe
Updated: Nov 8, 2024

Pohe is a very popular breakfast dish eaten in Maharashtrian households. It’s a savory dish which is very flavorful and a favorite with all kids and adults. There are few variations to this dish. Mainly made with onions. But, it is equally tasty if you add peanuts, peas, potatoes or a combination of these 3. I make it with whatever ingredients are available in my kitchen. Its an all time favorite with my family. Its healthy, filling and tasty which is normally served with a cup of chai :)
